Cost Estimate: Rs. 1300 million

 

Project description: A mixed develpment project where the ground floor was already being used for commercial purposes when phase II commenced. the 4th floor provides a swimming pool for the apartments above and a business convention centerfor the office floors below.

There are Six types of Apartments per each floor from 5th to 15th floors while 16th and 17th floors comprise 4 penthouses.

 

Note: Managing Director Arct. Plnr. Piyal Silva and Director Engineering Services were involved in the Phase I of the development handled by MA & Architects Bangkok.
