Scope of Services: Commercial Building with two basements, Ground floor and 6 floors. Architectural designs, Structural designs, MEP Services and Construction Supervision.

 

Area: 1982 sqm

 

Cost Estimate:  Rs. 105 million 

 

Project Description: Ground Floor Shop Space and the 6 floors above will be rentable office space, 2 basements will provide for 15nos of car parking, Roof terrace used for recreation. Self Continued commercial space.

 

Commencement: January 2013

 

Current Status: Final touches being done. Awaiting Certificate of Conformity.
