Scope of Services: Consortium services are provided. Modifications to an already completed design were undertaken due to enlargement of the site.

 

Area: 85,000 sq.ft

 

Cost Estimate: Rs 500 Million 

 

Project Description: 2 Basements for parking, ground + 10 stories for commercial purposes. The design was largely restricted by building regulations due to its location on the corner of Baudhaloka Mawatha and R A De mel Mawatha.

 

Commencement: May 2012

 

Current Status: Part of super structure is done. Construction of enlargement of design has commenced.
